The Global 30-Under-30 List 2024
The annual Significant Insights 30-Under-30 initiative celebrates the rising stars of the insights world. Our global panel of insight director judges from top brands and agencies reviewed a record number of inspiring nominations from 14 countries.
Now in its fourth year, the Global 30-Under-30 List aims to recognise the research and insight industry’s exceptional young talent; showcase their achievements and reward their drive, creativity and passion for the sector and the world around them. All of this, making them ‘the ones to watch’ within the global research, data, analytics, and insights industry.
And this year, to quote one judge, “It’s ridiculous, the talent just keeps getting better and better, and judging this thing harder and harder!”.
The judges really had their work cut out for them.
But eventually, only 30 individuals, from 10 countries, two thirds of them women, have claimed a place on our prestigious 2024 Global Significant Insights 30-Under-30 List.
Head of Global Business Insights, Analytics, Competitive Intelligence and Strategic Forecasting at global health care company Organon, and now two time judge, Lisa Courtade, explains; “Judging the 30 Under 30 fills me with optimism for the future of our industry. The passion and talent of the candidates are truly inspiring, as they are not only shaping the future of our field but also making a significant impact on the world. The task of judging is never easy, given the number of remarkable nominees, each making a difference every day.”
Every year the Significant Insights Global 30-Under-30 judges hunt for those that not only stand out in their day-to-day roles but who, very importantly, have made a contribution and an impact to the wider industry, and/ or, who have used data and insights to help accelerate positive change in the world.
And Rachel Hawley, VP at long-term 30-Under-30 supporters Fieldwork Inc., and who has been a judge since 2021 said; “Every year, the nominees impress us with their outstanding work and the value they bring to the industry. The future of data collection, insights, and market research is exciting as we work to better understand customer needs and support brands in reaching their goals with cutting-edge tools and technology. A big thank you to all the nominees for future proofing and driving our industry forward.“
Jim Whaley, CEO and Founder of Ovation and Significant Insights North American Board Member was euphoric at this year’s wealth of talent; “The 30Under30 Awards this year have again highlighted the incredible depth of talent driving the insights industry forward. It’s inspiring to see such bold, innovative thinkers tackling the challenges of today while shaping the path ahead. It’s clear with such talent, the future of insights is not only in good hands, it’s going to be remarkable. Congratulations to all the honorees; your work is proof that our best days are still ahead.”
