Over to the judges!
The 2024 Significant Insights Global 30-Under-30 list is closed for nominations and the 26 judges from 14 countries, all senior insight professionals, and all passionate about championing and developing junior researchers, are currently reviewing the nominations.
The 2024 Significant Insights Global 30 Under 30 will be announced on the 29th November.
Our 30-Under-30 Global List aims to recognise the research, data, analytics and insight industry’s exceptional young talent; showcase their achievements and reward their drive, creativity and passion. All of this, making them ‘the ones to watch’ within our global sector.
Jillian Roche, Isentia New Zealand and 30-Under-30 judge explains; “I love being a part of an initiative that helps younger analysts find their voice in an evolving, global insights industry. It takes our collective and concerted effort, to break the glass ceilings of age, gender, culture, ethnicity and socioeconomic backgrounds.”
OvationMR CEO and Significant Insights North American Board Member Jim Whaley had this to say: “Highlighting young talent in initiatives like Significant Insight’s Global 30-under-30 List is essential for the market research industry’s vitality. Yes indeed it’s about celebrating individual achievements, but perhaps more importantly about embracing fresh perspectives, driving positive change, and ensuring a diverse and dynamic future.”
The annual Global 30 Under 30 seeks to find the insight leaders, innovators, creators and thinkers, under 30 years of age, who are making big strides in the world of research, data, analytics and insights. This could be reflected in their day-to-day work for clients and/or stakeholders, or the influence and impact they have made at their organisation, and/or the wider research and insights industry, or through their use of data and insights to help accelerate positive change in the world.
Pravin Shekar, founder of ‘The Outlier Marketer School’ and one of this year’s judges, commented: “We can talk about the need to attract younger people into the world of insights. And we can do something about it! Recognition of young movers and shakers will inspire others to explore, experiment and embrace. This 30 under 30 is one such initiative that will spur our quest.”
Seyi Adeoye, President of the Nigerian Marketing Research Association and 30-Under30 judge: “Our industry is experiencing rapid positive changes and opportunities to expand capabilities and impact on stakeholders’ businesses. Super excited to be part of the international judging panel of 30-under-30 initiative that is celebrating our young talents globally.”
